BANQUET HALL INFORMATION
Must use our bar service if alcohol is served. Renters and guests may not bring outside alcohol on property.
The five foot round tables seat eight guests per table.
There are many head table configurations, seating up to 14 people on stage, including the bride and groom.
Includes banquet hall setup including chairs, tables, table linens (white or black), and final cleanup.
There is only one banquet hall event a day. If there is no banquet hall event the day before, decorating can be done the day before. If the banquet hall is not available the day before, then the hall is ready for decorating by 10:00 a.m.
The banquet hall room is not dividable. Rental includes the full banquet hall.
We offer simple centerpieces. You are welcome to bring your own centerpieces or add to ours.
We have simple table numbers, easels, a card box, and ceremonial cake cutting knife if desired.
Chapel in the Pines includes sufficient coordinator(s) to assist and monitor the reception.
Popcorn, cigars, caramel, and s’mores are not permitted.
Chewing gum is not permitted as a giveaway or a part of a candy bar.
Real candles are not permitted. Battery powered candles only.
Sparklers are permitted with permission and supervision from Chapel in the Pines; must be all metal, no wooden stick.
The chapel, cottage, and hall are well air-conditioned and heated.
No glass on the dance floor.
There is plenty of paved, lighted parking.
Hall setup planning is completed with Amanda, Howard or Jeffrey. We recommend making an appointment a minimum of two weeks before event to go over hall setup plans.
Unfortunately, we do not host rehearsal dinners, even if you provide the food.
Deposit Information
Diamond & Ruby Wedding Package deposit is $1,500 to reserve. An installment payment of $1,500 is due 9 months prior to wedding date, $1,500 is due 6 months prior to wedding date, $1,500 is due 3 months prior to wedding date, and remaining balance is due 7 days before wedding. All payments contribute towards final balance. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Taxes are included, there are no service fees or hidden fees. The fee for our venue/services on our website is all you are required to pay. Gratuity is appreciated, most venues require 10%-20%. Food and beverage prices are subject to change.
