Chapel in the Pines specializes in weddings and receptions. We offer a Ruby Wedding Reception only package, which gives you the full services offered in our banquet hall. During your reception you have access to the cottage, gazebo, chapel, and grounds to enjoy with your guests for your reception for pictures and walking the gardens and grounds.
Our banquet hall space accommodates up to 150 people.
Our vintage-inspired banquet hall is the perfect setting for your big day. Our hall seats up to 150 guests including the wedding party. We have an impressive stage up- lighting system, wood ceiling, intimate dimmable lighting, dual monitors, and a projector available for use to add all of those special touches. There is a large dance floor to dance the night away. Choose your chair covers and sashes. The hall is easily decorated and lighted to create the perfect decor.
Grounds & Gardens, White Chapel, Garden Gazebo, Bridal Cottage Dressing Room, Personalized Brick in Bridal Path, and use of the grounds for Engagement Pictures.

House Bar package includes bartender(s), 4 hours 45 minutes of bar service, the bar remains open during dinner, and no bar slowdowns. Your guests will have access to unlimited pop, juice and lemonade, house mixed drinks, domestic bottled beer and wine. Premium mixed drinks available for purchase. Bar not required. Other bar service options available. Keurig coffee service available.

Bar service is provided by a professionally licensed caterer who manages set up and clean up of bar area. Includes cups, straws, napkins, ice, and garnishes.
Final payment and final headcount are required no later than 7 – 10 days prior to the scheduled event.
Includes Miller lite and Bud light, unless otherwise requested. All beer is bottled.
Import beer: Corona and Heineken, may be added to any package for an additional $3 per person over the age of 21.
House: The House Package includes complimentary house liquor including: amaretto, gin, rum, scotch, vodka and whiskey. House liquors are the non-name brands of liquor. Premium alcohol will be available for guests to purchase.
Premium: The Premium Package includes complimentary premium brands of liquor including: Absolut, Bacardi, Captain Morgan, Christian Brothers, Dewar’s, Jack Daniels, Malibu, Seagram’s 7 and Tanqueray.
Requested brands of liquor not listed above may or may not be subject to an additional charge.
Wine: A wine selection of Chardonnay, Merlot, Riesling and White Zinfandel are brought to each event and are served as complimentary with each package.
Non alcoholic beverages include: Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Pink Lemonade, Soda Water, Tonic, Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice, and Pineapple Juice.

If a Monday through Thursday wedding is on a holiday, pricing is the same as Sunday. If a Sunday wedding is on Memorial Day or Labor Day weekend, pricing is the same as a Saturday.

Emphasize the traditional chapel setting in your wedding photos with our white candelabras. We provide two white candelabras, each with five candle holders.
We do require a good-faith deposit to reserve our wedding/reception.
Marriage License must be obtained nearby at Dekalb County Clerk’s Office.
