    Wedding Reception Bar Service

    Our wedding banquet hall has a large custom built wooden bar perfect for your celebration, to include alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks.

    Wedding Reception Bar Service are for four and a 3/4 hours

    Prices include sales tax, and bar tenders

    Optional Gratuity for Venue Coordinators – Bar Tenders do set out tip Jar

    Bar will remain open during dinner

    House Package

    Includes complimentary pop, juice and lemonade

    Includes unlimited domestic bottled beer, wine and house mixed drinks

    Premium mixed drinks will be available for purchase

    Champagne toast available for an additional fee

    Premium Package

    Includes complimentary pop, juice and lemonade

    Includes unlimited domestic bottled beer, wine and premium mixed drinks

    Includes complimentary Champagne toast for all guests

    Cash Bar Option

    Overview of Bar Services:

    • Package pricing includes State Liquor License, County License, City License, Insurance, bar staff, set up and clean up of bar area.
    • Package pricing includes sales tax.
    • Includes cups, straws, napkins and garnishes.
    • Final payment and final head count is required no later than 7-10 days prior to the scheduled event.

    Bar Details:

    Beer

    Includes bottled beer, no kegs. Package pricing includes a choice of two domestic beers.

    • Domestic beer: Miller Lite, MGD, Bud Light, Budweiser, Coors Light, Michelob, Michelob Ultra.
    • Import beer: Corona and Heineken, may be added to any package for an additional $2 per person.

    Liquor

    The liquor provided in the packages is as follows:

    • House: The House Package includes complimentary house liquor including: amaretto, gin, rum, scotch, vodka and whiskey. House liquors are the non-name brands of liquor. Premium alcohol will be available for guests to purchase.
    • Premium: The Premium Package includes complimentary premium brands of liquor including: Absolut, Bacardi, Captain Morgan, Christian Brothers, Dewar’s, Jack Daniels, Malibu, Seagram’s 7 and Tanqueray.

    Requested brands of liquor not listed above may or may not be subject to an additional charge.

    Wine

    A wine selection of Chardonnay, Merlot, Riesling and White Zinfandel are brought to each event and are served as complimentary with each package.

    Non Alcoholic Beverages

    Non alcoholic beverages include: Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Pink Lemonade, Soda Water, Tonic, Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice, and Pineapple Juice.
