Wedding Pricing

Chapel in the Pines specializes in weddings, elopements, private weddings and wedding vow renewals; we will ensure your wedding day is tailored to your specific tastes and needs. We simplify the wedding process by considering each and every detail with unyielding attention to guarantee your wedding day runs as flawlessly as possible. 

On the ground of Chapel in the Pines is a white Victorian wedding chapel, a wedding gazebo, several garden wedding options and a large banquet hall waiting to make your day memorable.

All packages include the wedding chapel, gazebo, and grounds.

Chapel in the Pines Wedding Officiant (minister) is included in all wedding packages, but you are still welcome to bring your own wedding officiant.

Standard Ceremony start times*:  

  • 10:45am                       
  • 1:00pm                 
  • 3:15pm                 
  • 5:30pm

*You may request a different ceremony start time.

Elopements / Small Private Weddings (Up to 25 Guests)

We always have openings, every day of the year!

*NOTES: Arrive 15 minutes before ceremony start time and Bride arrives dressed (dressing room not available)

Wedding Ceremony with Banquet Hall

Minimum banquet hall rental for a Saturday event Mid March through November is $2,850.

Banquet hall rental includes chair and table setup, table linen cloths (white or black), and final clean up.

The time frame for a typical Friday and Saturday evening wedding ceremony and banquet hall event is:
4:30 arrive for use of the bridal cottage dressing room
5:30 wedding ceremony begins
6:00 guests enter banquet hall
6:00 bar opens
10:30 bar closes
11:00 music stops
12:00 lights out

***Package pricing includes Liquor License, County Insurance, Set up and Cleanup of bar area, and bar staff. Package pricing includes sales tax. Cups, straws, napkins and garnishes provided.  A $300 deposit is required at the time of booking. Checks should be made payable to MVP’s. Final payment and final head count is required no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled event.
